The controller of personal data is Ekstrem d.o.o., operating in compliance with applicable data protection regulations. This Privacy Policy applies to all website visitors, newsletter subscribers, participants of the Luža event, and customers of our products or services.

  • For event registration: first name, last name, gender, year of birth, address, email address, telephone number, payment details
  • For purchases: information required to complete an order
  • After the event, the participant’s first name, last name, and year of birth may be published on the organizer’s website and on the registration service provider’s website, if required by the event rules.

ENTRY FEE TRANSFER AND REFUND POLICY
Refunds or cancellations of registrations are not possible. A registration may be transferred to another person only upon prior agreement with the organizer.

COOKIES
By consenting to the use of cookies, you allow the analysis of your interactions with the website (traffic sources, pages viewed, downloaded content, duration of visit, etc.).
For the purpose of proving consent, we may also store information such as IP address, time of consent, and the website where consent was given.

DATA RETENTION

  • until the expiration of the contractual relationship, or
  • in accordance with legally prescribed retention periods.

  • withdraw consent,

FINAL PROVISIONS
This Privacy Policy may be amended or updated at any time. Continued use of the website after changes have been made constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
